Big Country Raw ships our frozen product throughout South-Western Ontario.

Choosing Delivery Dates:

We will choose our next available delivery day based on the selected delivery day for your area. If you would like delivery on a specific date please leave this information in your comments/delivery notes section of your online order.

Delivery Order Deadlines:

To guarantee that your order makes it on the truck, please make sure you have your order placed by 5pm 2 days prior to delivery.

Your online ordering deadline is as follows:
Tuesday Delivery - Saturday at 12 pm
Wednesday - Monday at 5pm
Thursday - Tuesday at 5pm
Friday - Wednesday at 5pm

Orders placed after these deadlines will be shipped the following week.

Delivery Fees:

Our delivery fees within these boundaries on orders before tax are as follows:

$150 or less - $9.99

$150 or more - FREE Delivery

Third Party Shipping:

If you live outside of South-Western Ontario and would like to purchase our frozen food, we offer Third Party shipping that is available across Ontario and Quebec. Please contact us for more delivery rates and information.

Sold Out & Substitutions

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. We will gladly offer available substitutes (e.g. sold out in 2lb would you like 2 x 1lb instead), or offer a similar product in exchange (e.g. Sold out of Pure Rabbit, would you like Rabbit Dinner instead). If we are unable to reach you the item will be deducted from the invoice and your order will be processed and shipped without these items.


1. Delivery Time
The day prior to delivery our order desk will email you with an approximate delivery time. This delivery window is subject to traffic and weather conditions, but we will try to be as accurate as possible. Unfortunately we can not adjust our delivery routes to accommodate your work schedule. If you are unable to be home to accept delivery of your order we do offer thermal bags for the low cost of $3.99 each. Thermal bags will keep raw food frozen for up to 6 hrs.
2. Delivery to Apartment Buildings, Town Homes or Condos.

We are able to make home delivery to Apartment Buildings, Town Homes or Condominium buildings that have accessible parking including curb side delivery or a loading and unloading area for deliveries. Orders will NOT be delivered if there is no accessible parking available for a delivery truck. For buildings with parking access please ensure you are home to accept delivery or concierge is able to accept delivery of your order.
2. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions including placement of order on porch, driveway or freezer etc. before checking out. Please enter these notes in the comments section.

3. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately by calling 905-957-2717 or emailing us at We will replace or provide a store credit for any product received damaged.
